Customer Privacy

Bizmart will not use any customer information for any purposes other than its intended use. Bizmart will never share its customer information with anybody without your permission.

Good Funds

All items must be paid in full with good funds before being picked up or shipped from our warehouse.

Texas Residents

Texas residents are required to pay sales tax on taxable items at a rate of 6.75% unless Bizmart is provided a valid resale certificate or other valid exemption documentation. Certain food service items are not taxable in Texas. Until our website can segregate those items, taxes will be charged for all items and the overpayment will be refunded to you.  

Local Pick-up

If you plan to pick-up an item at our Buda warehouse. Appointments for pick-ups are available between the hours of 8am and 4pm, Monday through Friday.

Shipping

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your item to ship. Once you have purchased your item we will send you a PayPal invoice for shipping and handling costs based on your zip code and shipment requirements. For the protection of your investment we pack or palletize your items with care and that requires costly boxes, packing materials, wrapping, pallets, etc. To offset some of these costs we charge a handling fee of $10 for Standard shipping items and $50 for Freight shipments. Custom crating charges are extra.

All international fees, taxes, and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Insurance & Shipping Damage

Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer and is highly recommended. All items are shipped freight on board and become the property of the buyer once they enter the custody of the shipping company. Bizmart is not responsible for damages caused during shipping.

Warranty

All items are sold as-is with no warranty unless otherwise noted. Please read the item description and notes carefully and email us with questions if there is any potential ambiguity.

Description Guarantee

Bizmart guarantees the description of each item to be true and accurate. Bizmart must be notified within 7 calendar days of receiving the item to be eligible for this guarantee.

Returns

Returns granted at the discretion of Bizmart will be charged up to a 35% restocking charge and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
